Benjamin Falkner has been promoted to president of TeraFlex. His father, Mark Falkner, will remain with the company as CEO.
Who Is Ben Falkner?
Ben is a third-generation Jeeper with a passion for off-road driving and an outdoor lifestyle. Before Mark established TeraFlex in 1996, his father, Don Falkner, founded MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts COmpany) as a distributor of military surplus Jeep parts and accessories in the late 1950s.

Don sold MEPCO to Mark in 1986. Ten years later, Mark engineered the first lift kit for the Jeep TJ Wrangler’s coil spring suspension creating TeraFlex in the process. As the military surplus for classic Jeeps began to dry up, Mark and TeraFlex changed their focus to developing innovative products for late model Wrangler models (and now Gladiator) that consistently deliver performance exceeding customer expectations. This drive for excellence was reinforced with the creation of Falcon Performance Shocks for Jeeps, pickups, and SUVs. Falcon debuted at the 2016 SEMA show.
Not only did Ben grow up with Jeeping in his blood, but he is also the brains behind several famous TeraFlex Jeep builds including CR-1 (Concept Red 1 – 2018 JL Wrangler Unlimited Sport), RAW
(2012 JK Wrangler Sport), and his former daily driver Radioactive (2016 JK Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon). In addition to providing Ben and his family hours of off-road fun, these builds also served as testbeds for many of Ben’s creative ideas to improve the aftermarket Jeeping industry.
With his passion for all things Jeep and his relentless drive to push the limits, Ben continues the family-owned company’s pursuit of innovative products and concepts for off-road enthusiasts everywhere!
Ben will oversee the daily operations of both TeraFlex and Falcon Performance Shocks.

TeraFlex Names Benjamin Falkner President
West Jordan, UT. – October 2, 2019 – TeraFlex, the industry leader in aftermarket Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator performance suspension lift systems and off-road accessories, is pleased to announce the promotion of Benjamin Falkner to the role of President.

Benjamin, a 20-year veteran of the company, most recently served as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. Benjamin replaces his father and TeraFlex founder Mark Falkner, who will remain in an active role with the company as CEO.

Benjamin has a proven track record of anticipating and inspiring innovative products that are engineered to increase on- and off-road performance – this focus will be a continuing characteristic of his leadership style. As he settles into this new role, his main goal will be to maintain the culture of teamwork that supports family values and rewards excellence.
