As part of our ongoing product validation and customer support efforts, we are initiating a <strong>Field Service Program<\/strong> for certain early production units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Reason for the Bulletin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have identified that certain Falcon Transit Rally Strut units may, over time, experience alignment or retention concerns within the upper strut assembly under specific conditions. These conditions may lead to wearing on an adjacent tire. Customers will experience a grinding noise while driving that indicates the condition is present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Affected Vehicles and Parts&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affected part number P\/N\u00a023-06-21-200-000 applies to Ford Transit vans 2015-2026. <strong>NOTE:<\/strong> The part number on the raw strut assembly is P\/N 23-06-21-115-000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Falcon Has Done<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our engineering team has developed a straightforward <strong>update available now<\/strong> that enhances assembly stability.
