Intro to TeraFlex JK/JKU Lift Kit & Suspension System Guides

Category:  Product Highlights

Which TeraFlex lift kit is best for my Jeep? Why do you offer so many lift kits?

We get these types of questions all the time here at TeraFlex. And the simple answer is: Well it depends.

It depends on what you want out of your Jeep Wrangler (JK) or Wrangler Unlimited (JKU). Do you use your Jeep as a commuter or family car? Is it a hardcore weekend warrior? Or is it a dual-purpose rig used for daily driving as well as escaping city life and paved streets? The tire diameter you want to run also dictates what size lift you will need. Cost is also a factor.

All these questions must be taken into consideration when choosing a lift kit.

Bigger isn’t always better. But sometimes bigger is better. And that’s why we offer a variety of suspension systems from mild to wild – and several in between – so our customers can find the configuration for their rig that’s best suited to their needs.

TeraFlex builds modest 1.25” lift Body Spacer and 1.5” leveling and 2.5” lift Performance Spacer and Coil Spring kits for those wanting to run larger tires on their daily drivers. Many of these kits are also available with TeraFlex 9550 VSS (Vehicle Specific Shocks) Shock Absorbers

Our complete Sport S/T (Street/Trail) Suspension Systems are available in a 1.5” leveling kit or 2.5” and 3” lift kits. These kits include preset Sport flexarms to maintain proper suspension and steering geometry.

TeraFlex Alpine CT (Cross-Trail) Suspension Systems are available in 3”, 4”, or 6” lift heights, while the Outback Overland and Prerunner Elite suspension systems feature 3” and 4” lifts heights, respectively. Fully adjustable Alpine flexarms or long flexarms allow custom tuning of steering, suspension, and wheelbase specs.

TeraFlex Sport S/TAlpine CTOutback Overland, and Prerunner Elite suspension systems are offered with a choice of Falcon Series 3 Piggyback or Series 2 Monotube shock absorbers. Also available without shocks.

Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex coil springs have been designed to work together to improve compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability.

Don't forget to check out the Falcon Nexus EF (Equal Force) steering stabilizers for stock or lifted JK Wrangler/JKU Wrangler Unlimited models.

All-new Falcon Series 3.4 Remote Air Adjust Piggyback Shock Absorbers are now available!
