The TeraFlex JK Rubicon: 241OR 2Low 2WD Low-Range Shift Sector Kit adds a low-range 2WD/RWD (two-wheel-drive/rear-wheel-drive) option to the JK Wrangler Rubicon model’s 241OR transfer case’s standard low-range shift pattern.

This kit enhances trail turning ability by allowing tighter turns on narrow switchbacks and eliminates most front-end bind encountered while turning with 4WD (four-wheel-drive) engaged.

This internal modification does not require any external upgrades.

The JK Rubicon: 241OR 2Low 2WD Low-Range Shift Sector Kit uses all factory low-range functions such as ESP disabling, and electronic sway bar disconnects as well as locker engagement and disengagement.

The 4WD dash light will illuminate while in the 2Low position to indicate that the selector is in a low-range gear.

High-Angle Rzeppa CV Driveshafts (3–6” Lift)

TeraFlex High-Angle Rzeppa CV Driveshafts combine the smooth torque transfer of a CV joint with the high-angle misalignment of a traditional U-joint. This unique Rzeppa CV Joint and high-angle boot are designed for the extreme angles associated with larger lift heights.

Laser welded 2-3/8” carbon steel tubing results in superior strength and longevity. Precision construction reduces harmonic vibration for smoother high RPM dynamics. These driveshafts are zeroed out during final assembly for a true centric assembly without the need for balance weights.

Unlike a U-joint style driveshaft, the Rzeppa CV Joint does not experience a significant loss in strength due to high angles. Our innovative features address all the shortcomings found in the factory-style driveshaft without sacrificing the benefits. This is especially important on JK Wrangler/Unlimited models with 3”+ lift.

The TeraFlex JK: Factory Replacement High-Angle Rzeppa CV Joint Kit replaces a worn or damaged factory Rzeppa CV joint and driveshaft without resorting to an expensive aftermarket U-joint upgrade. Allows angles up to 15 degrees. The high-angle CV housing reduces boot failure associated with 3” or more lift.

The included low-friction grease is engineered specifically for the high RPM needs of the JK Rzeppa CV Joint and features high-viscosity surface bonding characteristics necessary to properly adhere the grease to all moving surfaces.

Yoke U-Bolt Conversion Kit

4254100 – JK: Yoke U-Bolt Conversion Kit – Rear Axle

The TeraFlex JK: Yoke U-Bolt Conversion Kit replaces the OEM Rzeppa CV flange with a standard 1310 CV cardan joint style yoke and U-bolt style connector to run a CV style (double cardan) driveshaft. U-joints are easier to change compared to CV joints after trail carnage.
